LOCAL PICK UP:

Nava Boutique by Bek Smith offers a pickup service for customers who live locally to the store. Once your order is ready to be collected you will receive a confirmation email. Please note the store's open hours when arranging to collect your order. 

POSTAGE: 

We ship all orders via AUSTRALIA POST within 2-3 business days of the order received. 

Nava Boutique by Bek Smith is not responsible for any orders that might be damaged, lost or not delivered once the order has been lodged with Australia Post. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as proof of lodgement.
